First Aid
Coaches & Sweeps must have current First Aid Qualification (HLTAID011 - (previously HLTAID003), renewing every 3 years, but are not required to complete the annual CPR refresher training as part of their accreditation retention. AusDBF understands individuals must be a minimum of 16 years of age to obtain their First Aid qualification or equivalent, therefore any Sweeps in Australia aged from 14 years to under 16 must have an adult Supervisor always who has current First Aid accreditation qualification or equivalent.
