2028 Club Crew World Championships

Initial qualifications for Australian clubs to compete at the 2028 IDBF Club Crew World Championships in Barcelona, Spain will occur at the 2027 Australian Championships in Adelaide, South Australia.

Qualification overview

AusDBF has announced that the clubs listed below have qualified and accepted the competition classes shown for the 2028 IDBF Club Crew World Championships.

Under IDBF Competition Regulations, each National Federation may endorse the following maximum numbers of boats per competition class:

STANDARD BOATS

Up to 5

Per competition class

SMALL BOATS

Up to 2

Per competition class

The qualification notice states that any competition classes not accepted in 2027 will be made available to clubs for qualification at 2028 Australian Dragon Boat Championships.
